Dappled Dangles charms are primarily decorative accessories and are not intended to replace, reinforce, repair, or serve as safety equipment or essential components of a bridle, halter, or other tack.

Customers are responsible for properly attaching, inspecting, maintaining, and using all Dappled Dangles products. Before each use, customers should inspect the charm, attachment hardware, and surrounding tack for damage, looseness, excessive wear, or any condition that could create a hazard.

Products that are damaged, loose, excessively worn, or otherwise unsafe should be removed before riding or handling a horse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dappled Dangles is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, damage to tack, loss, or other harm resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, failure to inspect a product, ordinary wear and tear, or the actions or behavior of a horse.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Dappled Dangles, including carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other transportation disruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding the package.

Dappled Dangles is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a package has been confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days in accordance with the Dappled Dangles return policy.

Returned products must be in their original condition and must not show signs of excessive use, intentional damage, alteration, or misuse.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless the product received was incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or defective, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Dappled Dangles reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.
